Rudi's Organic Bakery began making breads
and baked goods
in 1976. The bakery was soon known for nutritious, flavorful,
and preservative-free baked goods. In 1991 the bakery began
using organic ingredients. At this time all of the breads carry
the USDA certified organic seal, containing 95% to 100% organic
ingredients.
