Nathan Sato, the president of Malie Kai Chocolates, began his company after many years of traveling the world and when he came to Hawaii he fell in love with the tropical paradise. Sato wanted to share his love of the Islands and could not think of any better way to do than through chocolates.

The company also supports different programs that educate others about other environmental issues.
